Cosmetic Glow LTD – Terms & Conditions & Deposit Agreement
By booking or paying a deposit for any service with Cosmetic Glow LTD, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions. This applies to all aesthetic treatments (including injectables), advanced facials, massage therapy, and permanent makeup (PMU).

Appointments, Deposits & Bookings

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. For treatment packages, a minimum of 60% of the total package price must be paid before booking.

  • Deposits must be paid at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If not received, Cosmetic Glow LTD reserves the right to cancel or decline the appointment and release the slot.

  • The deposit will be deducted from the total treatment cost on the day of the appointment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances and will be forfeited if any of the following occur:

    • Failure to attend the appointment (no-show)

    • Cancellation or rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment time

    • Arrival more than 15 minutes late

    • Attendance while sick or contagious; for health and safety reasons, clients who arrive unwell will be sent home

    • Same-day cancellations or rescheduling

  • Clients are permitted one reschedule per booking with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • All appointments are subject to availability and current pricing.

  • Clients who repeatedly cancel, reschedule late, or no-show may be charged the full remaining balance and refused future bookings.

  • No guest policy: Clients are asked not to bring children, pets, or waiting guests unless prior approval is given.


Payments, Pricing & Promotions

  • All prices, promotions, and policies are subject to change without notice.

  • Promotional offers, discounted packages, and deposits are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.

  • All transactions are final. There are no refunds on deposits, completed treatments, remaining balances or packages.


Treatment Packages

  • Packages are valid for six (6) months from the first scheduled treatment or payment, whichever occurs first.

  • All sessions must be used within this period. Unused sessions will be forfeited and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Treatments are the client's responsibility to monitor, schedule, and attend all required appointments. Cosmetic Glow does not accept responsibility for booking, reminding, or managing follow-up appointments on behalf of the client.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled package session or insufficient cancellation notice results in that session being marked as completed.

  • Interruptions exceeding 30 days without prior written approval may result in forfeiture of remaining sessions, and future treatments charged at standard rates.

  • Expired or unused sessions cannot be applied to other services, including injectables.


Injectable & Aesthetic Treatments

  • All injectable treatments (Botox, dermal fillers, skin boosters, etc.) require a consultation prior appointment.

  • Deposits, expired packages, or unused sessions cannot be offset or transferred to prescription-only treatments.

  • Cosmetic Glow LTD may refuse or discontinue treatment if deemed clinically inappropriate or unsafe.


Permanent Makeup (PMU)

  • PMU results vary depending on individual factors, including skin type, bone structure, muscle movement, scarring, existing pigment, previous tattoos, fillers in lip area, lifestyle, diet, sun exposure, age, health, and aftercare compliance.

  • Clients are responsible for approving all pre-draws prior to treatment.

  • Colour retention and final healed results cannot be guaranteed. Additional touch-ups are subject to availability and current pricing.


Massage Therapy & Advanced Facial Treatments

  • Treatments are tailored to individual needs. Results vary depending on health, skin condition, lifestyle, and aftercare compliance.

  • Cosmetic Glow LTD does not guarantee specific outcomes.


Client Responsibilities & Health Disclosure

  • Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancies, or recent procedures prior to treatment.

  • Non-disclosure or failure to follow pre- and post-treatment instructions may affect results and does not entitle the client to a refund.

  • Cosmetic Glow LTD reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if the client’s health, behaviour, or non-disclosure presents a risk.


Liability & Disclaimer

  • All treatments carry inherent risks. Cosmetic Glow LTD takes reasonable steps to provide safe and professional services, but results cannot be guaranteed.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosmetic Glow LTD shall not be liable for outcomes affected by individual response, healing, lifestyle factors, or failure to follow instructions.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded under UK law.


Photography, Video & Marketing

  • With client consent, photographs, videos, or audio recordings may be taken before, during, or after treatments for documentation, education, or marketing purposes, including social media and websites.

  • All media will be captured respectfully and professionally.


Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

  • Cosmetic Glow LTD may refuse service at its discretion, including repeated late cancellations, non-payment, inappropriate behaviour, or failure to comply with clinic policies.


Governing Law & Entire Agreement

  • These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Cosmetic Glow LTD and supersede all prior discussions or representations, whether written or verbal.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
